TN0023582, TN0023574, TN0061473 ("Permit Appeals"); together with those provisions of the four National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permits issued to KUB in 1994 that expressly govern KUB's conduct with respect to the issues raised in the Permit Appeals; and any modification or renewal thereof, after all appeal rights have been exhausted.

NPDES Permits means the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permits issued to the Board, including but not limited to those permits issued for the Wright-Smith, Jr.
