Novelties and other items may be sold by Customer only through negotiated agreement specified herein, or via written amendment.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the City from selling or authorizing a third party to sell Novelties or Souvenirs at City Events, provided that the City will not at any time sell or authorize the sale of Food and Beverage Concessions by parties other than Hardball nor can it sell baseball themed novelties.
