Notice Provider definition

Notice Provider. ’ means any entity ap- proved by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to give notice to credi- tors under Rule 2002(g)(4).
Notice Provider means Signal Interactive Media or another independent third-party agent or administrator that has been approved by a representative of the Commission, and which will be submitted to, approved by, and overseen by the MDL Court to implement the Notice Plan.
