Such amendment, modification, supplementation or change shall be deemed effective upon delivery of such Notice to Provider unless within ten (10) days of Provider’s receipt of such Notice, Provider provides to CPE a written objection thereto, which shall constitute an “Early Termination Event” and allow either Party to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms hereof.
Within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of a Termination Notice, Provider shall notify Recipient in writing as to whether the termination of any Service or Services that are the subject of the Termination Notice (x) will require termination or partial termination of any other Service or Services, or (y) will result in the imposition of any additional costs to Provider and, if so, a good faith estimate of the aggregate amount of such additional costs (an “Early Termination Consequence Notice”).

Upon receipt of a Cancellation Notice, Provider will utilize Commercially Reasonable Efforts to utilize the reserved resources (including staff, production suites, and materials) for other existing projects in order to mitigate lost revenues and costs.
