Notice Form definition

Notice Form means the form attached hereto and marked as Exhibit A or any other document which incorporates information substantially similar to Exhibit A.
Notice Form has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a)(ii).
Notice Form means a web-based form made available on a Google Web Page to be completed by website owners wishing to exercise the opt-out set forth in paragraphs 10- 11.

  • If the applicable Rapid Purchase Notice Form is received after 2:00 p.m. New York time, then the next Business Day shall be the Rapid Purchase Notice Date, unless waived by Investor in writing.

  • If the applicable Purchase Notice Form is received after 9:30 a.m. New York time, or the DWAC of the applicable Purchase Notice Shares has not been completed as confirmed by the Investor’s Designated Brokerage Account by 9:30 a.m. New York time, then the next Business Day shall be the Purchase Notice Date, unless waived by the Investor in writing.

  • A Rapid Purchase Notice shall be deemed delivered on the Business Day a Rapid Purchase Notice Form is received by 2:00 p.m. New York time by email by the Investor (the "Rapid Purchase Notice Date").

  • If the applicable Regular Purchase Notice Form is received after 6:00 a.m. Pacific time or the DWAC of the applicable Purchase Notice Shares has not been completed as confirmed by the Investor's Designated Brokerage Account by 6:00 a.m. Pacific time, then the next Business Day shall be the Regular Purchase Notice Date, unless waived by the Investor in writing.


More Definitions of Notice Form

Notice Form means the notice form for use by Eligible Canadian Holders of BBU Units pursuant to which an Eligible Canadian Holder can indicate its intention to obtain a tax deferral with respect to the exchange of the BBU Units held by it;

Notice Form means the official notice of Settlement of the Collective and Class Actions and Final Settlement Hearing to Class Members agreed upon by the Parties and approved by the Court, which is to be delivered by the Settlement Administrator in the means described herein and attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Notice Form is the “Notice of Class Action Settlement,” in substantially similar form to Exhibit B, which is to be provided to Class Members pursuant to Section 6 of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the Court’s approval and consistent with the requirements of due process.
