Notes Custodian definition

Notes Custodian means the custodian with respect to a Global Note (as appointed by the Depository), or any successor Person thereto and shall initially be the Trustee.

Notes Custodian means the Trustee, as custodian with respect to the Notes in global form, or any successor entity thereto.

Notes Custodian has the meaning specified in the Appendix.

Examples of Notes Custodian in a sentence

• The Resigning Trustee shall execute and deliver such further instruments and shall do such other things as the Issuer and/or the Successor Trustee may reasonably require so as to more fully and certainly vest and confirm in the Successor Trustee all the rights, powers and duties hereby assigned, transferred, delivered and confirmed to the Successor Trustee as successor Trustee, Registrar, Paying Agent, Collateral Agent and Notes Custodian with respect to the Global Notes.

• The Resigning Trustee hereby notifies the Issuer that the Resigning Trustee hereby resigns as Trustee, Registrar, Paying Agent and Notes Custodian with respect to the Global Notes under the Indenture and as Collateral Agent under the Indenture and the Security Documents.
