Note Purchase Documents definition
Note Purchase Documents means the “Note Documents” as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement and the other “Note Documents” (as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement), the Convertible Notes issued in connection therewith and the other agreements and other instruments issued in connection therewith, together with any guarantees thereof and any security documents, other collateral documents and other instruments relating thereto, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended and restated, modified, restated, supplemented, replaced or refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Pari Passu Intercreditor Agreement.
Note Purchase Documents means the Note Purchase Agreement, the promissory notes issued thereunder, the Collateral Documents, and any other instruments or documents delivered by any Credit Party or Affiliate thereof from time to time pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Note Purchase Documents means this Agreement, the Term B2 Notes, the Collateral Documents, the Affiliate Subordination Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, and any other instruments or documents delivered or to be delivered by any Credit Party or Affiliate thereof from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.
Examples of Note Purchase Documents in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, a waiver by the relevant noteholders under the relevant Note Purchase Documents (or any extension, replacement or refinancing thereof) of a Default or Event of Default in relation to a More Favorable Financial Covenant shall not affect the existence of an existing Default or Event of Default in respect of a related Incorporated Financial Covenant in this Agreement.

Note Purchase Documents means the Note Purchase Agreement, the Security Documents (as defined therein) and each Term Note B.
Note Purchase Documents means all of such documents.

Note Purchase Documents means the Securities Purchase Agreements, the Notes and the Security Documents, and each certificate, fee letter, and other instrument or agreement from time to time executed by Company or any of its Subsidiaries and delivered in connection with the Securities Purchase Agreements.
Note Purchase Documents means the documents and agreements entered into in connection with the Note Purchase.
Note Purchase Documents means the 1993 Note Purchase Documents and the 1995 Note Purchase Documents.
