Nonpublic Personal Financial Information means personally identifiable financial information and any list, description, or other grouping of consumers and publicly available information pertaining to them that is derived using any personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available. Nonpublic personal financial information does not include any of the following:
Nonpublic Personal Financial Information means personally identifiable financial information and includes any list, description, or other grouping of consumers (and publicly available information pertaining to them) that is derived using any nonpublic personal information; provided, however, that the above definition shall be superseded and replaced to the extent that the definition of Nonpublic Personal Financial Information under Title V of Public Law 106-102, Section 509, subsection (4), as the same may be amended or superseded from time to time, differs from this definition.
Nonpublic Personal Financial Information shall refer to personally identifiable financial information about any prospective or then existing customer of the Company including customer lists, names, addresses, account numbers and any other data provided by customers to the Company in connection with the purchase or maintenance of a product or service that is not Publicly Available; and (ii) “Publicly Available” shall mean any information that the disclosing party has a reasonable basis to believe is lawfully made available to the general public from federal, state, or local government records, widely distributed media, or disclosures made to the general public that are required by federal, state, or local law. The Trust and its affiliates agree that it and they shall not use the information received pursuant to this Agreement, including any Confidential Information, for marketing or solicitation purposes.
Examples of Nonpublic Personal Financial Information in a sentence
You and we agree that a Group Member’s Group Member Information shall constitute Nonpublic Personal Financial Information and/or Protected Health Information only from and after the time that a Group Member applies for a Policy.
We acknowledge that you may have relationships with affinity groups and associations and that, as a result, you may receive information (“Group Member Information”) relating to their members (each a “Group Member”) that constitutes Nonpublic Personal Financial Information and/or Protected Health Information.

More Definitions of Nonpublic Personal Financial Information
Nonpublic Personal Financial Information has the meaning set out in Fla. Admin. Code § 4-128.002 except Nonpublic Personal Financial Information shall be limited to that information created or received by Business Associate from or on behalf of Company pursuant to this Addendum.
Nonpublic Personal Financial Information means (i) information supplied by a client; (ii) information resulting from a transaction with a client involving a financial product or service; (iii) information otherwise obtained in connection with the Company providing a product or service to a client. Nonpublic Information includes the fact that the entity or individual is a client of the Company, but does not include information that the Company has a reasonable basis to believe is lawfully made “publicly available.”

(or "NPFI") shall have the same meaning set out in Florida Administrative Code §69J-128.002, as amended from time to time, except Nonpublic Personal Information shall be limited to that information created or received by or on behalf of Business Associate from or on behalf of Covered Entity.
