The Teacher’s absence during Non-Term Weeks is inclusive of the 4 weeks’ annual leave as provided for by the NES.
Where reasonable and practicable to do so, paid leave under this clause should be arranged to occur during Non-Term Weeks.
The maximum number of days that a Teacher will be required to attend during term weeks and Non-Term Weeks will be 200 in each School Year.
