If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on a price for such item, a price shall be set for such item that is equal to the price for the nearest analogous item for which a price has been established (for example, if there is not an established price for a Non-Recurring Charge (NRC) for a specific UNE, the Parties would use the NRC for the most analogous service for which there is an established price.
