Non-Peak Hours definition

Non-Peak Hours means the hours specified in the definitions of “Shoulder” and “Night” XXX Periods in Exhibit B, “5. Time of Delivery Periods and Allocations Factors” or Exhibit B(1), “4. Time of Delivery Periods” as determined pursuant to Section 1.07.
Non-Peak Hours means, with respect to any calendar month, all hours which are not Peak Hours.
Non-Peak Hours is defined in Subparagraph 2(d)(iii)(3). "Not-for-Profit Transfer" is defined in Subparagraph 9(c).

Examples of Non-Peak Hours in a sentence

  • Non-Peak Hours – will be in accordance with the standard rate schedule that DGS is taken in conjunction with, if applicable.

  • A Problem that persists for a period of [*] or more during Peak Hours and [*] or more during Non-Peak Hours.

  • BTU’s Non-Peak Hours are all hours not designated as On- Peak Hours.
