A Problem that persists for a period of [*] or more during Peak Hours and [*] or more during Non-Peak Hours.
With the exception of emergencies, and subject to the provisions of Exhibit A, all maintenance shall be scheduled upon agreement of Buyer, shall be performed during Non-Peak Hours, and shall not be scheduled without ten (10) days prior written notice to Buyer.
