Non-Party definition

Non-Party means any Person other than a Party to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Non-Party

Non-Party means any Person who is not a Party hereto, including without limitation, (i) any former, current or future direct or indirect equity holder, controlling Person, management company, incorporator, member, partner, manager, director, officer, employee, agent, Affiliate, attorney or representative of, and any financial or other advisor or lender to (all above-described Persons in this subclause (i), collectively, “Affiliated Persons”) a Party hereto or any Affiliate of such Party, (ii) any Affiliated Persons of such Affiliated Persons but specifically excluding the Parties hereto, and (iii) the successors, assigns, heirs, executors or administrators of the Persons in subclauses (i) and (ii), but specifically excluding the Parties hereto.
Non-Party means any natural person, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity not named as a Party to this Action.
