Non-ISO definition

Non-ISO means an option to purchase Common Stock which meets the requirements set forth in the Plan but which is not intended to be and is not identified as an ISO.
Non-ISO means an Option not intended to qualify as an ISO, as designated in the applicable Award Agreement.
Non-ISO means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option, as designated in the applicable Award Agreement.

More Definitions of Non-ISO

Non-ISO means an Option to purchase stock which is not intended by the Committee to satisfy the requirements of Section 422 of the Code.
