Non-Core Services definition

Non-Core Services means the following:
Non-Core Services means Value Added Services, which a Subscriber may opt to add on to an existing package or Tariff Plan to enhance the Selected Mobile Services and / or the Selected Mobile Goods used by the Subscriber;
Non-Core Services means any features not expressly identified as a Core Service. For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Core Services includes the following features:

Examples of Non-Core Services in a sentence

  • Such notice will identify the proposed Subcontractor, and except with respect to any Permitted Delegation, Non-Core Services or auxiliary services, such BFA Recipient may reject any proposed Subcontractor if BFA, on behalf of any BFA Recipients, is not reasonably satisfied that (A) the Subcontractor’s personnel are suitably qualified, trained and supervised and/or (B) Provider’s arrangement with such Subcontractor satisfies the requirements set forth in this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not incur any Service Charges for Non- Core Services delivered by the Service Provider to the Company in connection with that certain License Agreement, between the Company and Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC, dated as of the date hereof, unless the Company and the Service Provider agree that such Non-Core Services are to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt the Supplier may not Sub-Contract its obligations to supply any Services other than the Non-Core Services.

  • NMS shall be primarily responsible for implementing the Implementation Plan in a prompt manner and in accordance with the time schedule set forth in the Implementation Plan with minimal disruption to the provision of Core and Non-Core Services to the Participating Accounts and the Participating Plans.

  • The foregoing shall not apply to the IKON Account and other Participating Accounts which receive a limited number of Core and/or Non-Core Services.


More Definitions of Non-Core Services

Non-Core Services means Value Added Services, which a Subscriber may opt to add on to an existing package or Tariff Plan to enhance the Selected Services and / or the Selected Goods used by the Subscriber; “Office hours” means Fredd's normal business hours, as determined by Fredd from time to time, currently being, 9h00 to 16h30 on Business Days;
Non-Core Services means the international services set out in paragraph 5.3 of Part B of Schedule 1 (Services and Key Performance Indicators), the regional services set out in paragraph 5.4 of Part B of Schedule 1 (Services and Key Performance Indicators), the out of home services set out in paragraph 5.2 of Part B of Schedule 1 (Services and Key Performance Indicators) and the digital services set out in paragraph 12.1 of Part B of Schedule 1 (Services and Key Performance Indicators);
Non-Core Services means other escort types as detailed in Schedule 1, Clauses 5.10.3 and Clauses 5.12 to 5.29, with the exception of 5.19.1, 5.20 and 5.21.
Non-Core Services means the services listed in Part III of Annex One; “close relations” shall bear the meaning attributed thereto in Annex Four; “related persons” shall bear the meaning attributed thereto in Annex Five;
Non-Core Services means the services under article 5(4)(b) of the AIFM Act.
Non-Core Services include access to the portal and feature based services such as Auto Attendant, Call Recording, and Unified Messaging.
Non-Core Services means all services or products of CBD other than Core Services.
