Non-Consulting Services means services for which the physical aspects of the activity predominate, are bid and contracted on the basis of performance of a measurable physical output, and for which performance standards can be clearly identified and consistently applied;
Non-Consulting Services means the provision of independent expert advice of a quality at least equal to the applicable professional standards in relation to acquisition of goods, services other than consulting services and works;

Non-Consulting Services means services other than consulting services, for the carrying out of work or any kind, with or without the use of vehicles, machinery or equipment or the provision of operators, technicians or drivers;
