Non-Consenting Party definition

Non-Consenting Party means each Party who elects not to participate in an Exclusive Operation.
Non-Consenting Party means a party who elects not to participate in a proposed operation. Unless the context otherwise clearly indicates, words used in the singular include the plural, the plural include the singular, and the neuter gender includes the masculine and the feminine.
Non-Consenting Party means a Party who elects not to participate in an Exclusive Risk Operation.
