Nominated Vessel definition

Nominated Vessel means a vessel nominated by the Customer and notified to CBH in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the Port Terminal Rules.
Nominated Vessel means the vessel specified in the Berth Rental Agreement. Details or any other vessel nominated by the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx by notice in writing to the Marina Management.
Nominated Vessel means a vessel which has been accepted by the TNPA’s ship planning officer and TPT for scheduling purposes after receipt of the ID 100 nomination document relating to such vessel, either by telex, fax or e-mailed ETA advice.

Examples of Nominated Vessel in a sentence

  • The ETA Nomination must contain the following information (unless already provided in the CNA): Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the vessel; The grain and grade(s) (if known) (refer to Part C clause 25); The name of the Nominated Vessel (if known) (refer to Part C clause 18); and Whether the vessel involves a two port load.

  • This fee may apply if Bulk Wheat for a Nominated Vessel is held at the Port Terminal Facility due to a cancellation or delay and needs to be relocated to allow the Port Terminal to continue to operate.

  • Late Shipment Where a Nominated Vessel has not commenced loading within the nominated Shipping Window due to reasons detailed in Section 6.7(b) of the Port Terminal Services Agreement and Bulk Wheat is stored in the Port Terminal Facility until the vessel is loaded or cancelled, the following charges will apply.

  • This charge will apply if the Customer requests an independent representative be allowed to take samples for the duration of the loading of the Nominated Vessel.


More Definitions of Nominated Vessel

Nominated Vessel means the nominated vessel described in section 3 of the Schedule of Particulars.
