Nominated Contact definition

Nominated Contact means the Individual Landcarer nominated by the Member Group for the purposes of correspondence and unless otherwise advised this will be assumed to be the secretary of the Member Group;
Nominated Contact means the person or persons referred to in clause 5 of this Agreement;
Nominated Contact means the person you have asked us to contact, or who may contact us on your behalf if you need to make a claim. Period of Insurance means the 12-month period between start date and end date.

Examples of Nominated Contact in a sentence

  • Should a Respondent find discrepancies, errors and/or omissions in the Quote Documents, or should there be any doubt as to their meaning, the Respondent should notify the Nominated Contact Person immediately.

  • No Statement made by the Nominated Contact Person, or any other representative of the Council should be construed as modifying this RFQ or any of the RFQ Documents, unless confirmed in writing by the Nominated Contact Person.

  • B3.1.4 The Nominated Contact Person may (but is not obligated to) respond to a Tenderer’s enquiries or requests for information or clarification.


More Definitions of Nominated Contact

Nominated Contact means the person nominated by the Practice at Item 2 in the particulars schedule. Parties means the parties to this Agreement being WAPHA and the Practice and includes their lawful successors and assigns.
