Nominated Adviser definition

Nominated Adviser means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx appointed by the Company pursuant to rule 1 of the AIM Rules and assuming the responsibilities set out in rule 39 of the AIM Rules;
Nominated Adviser as defined in the AIM Rules;
Nominated Adviser has the meaning given to the expression "nominated adviser" in the AIM Rules;

More Definitions of Nominated Adviser

Nominated Adviser means an adviser whose name appears on the register published by the London Stock Exchange and who is acting as the nominated adviser for the time being of the Company
