No Additional Payments. There is no obligation on the part of the Company or any other party to make payments in addition to those made by the Mortgagor;
No Additional Payments. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Executive acknowledges and agrees that in the event of the termination of his employment, even if in breach of this Agreement, he will be entitled only to those payments specified herein for the circumstances of his termination, and not to any other payments by way of damages or claims of any nature, whether under this Agreement or under any other agreements between the Executive and the Company.
No Additional Payments. There is no obligation on the part of Countrywide or any other party to make payments in addition to those made by the Mortgagor;
No Additional Payments. Upon termination of the Executive's employment hereunder, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance payments or severance benefits from the Company or any payments by the Company on account of any claim for wrongful termination, including but not limited to claims under any federal, state or local human and civil rights or labor laws, excepts for any benefits which may be due to the Executive in the normal course under any Executive benefit plan or program of the Company which provides for benefits after termination of employment. The Executive's right to receive payments or benefits under the Agreement upon termination of employment will cease if the Executive breaches any provision of Section V below.
No Additional Payments. Payment of severance, in accordance with 4.2(b) or 4.2(d) above, to the Employee by the Company will be full and adequate compensation to the Employee with respect to any claim relating to the Employee’s employment or termination or manner of termination of the Employee’s employment, and the Employee waives any right that he/she may have to claim further payment, compensation or damages from the Company.
No Additional Payments. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the Executive and the Company, the Executive shall not be entitled, by reason of the Executive's relationship with the Company or by reason of any termination of his employment by the Company, for any reason, to any remuneration, compensation or other benefits other than those expressly provided for in this Agreement. The Executive further acknowledges and agrees that any amounts paid to the Executive pursuant to this Section 4 are inclusive of any amounts that may be payable under any statute of Canada in respect of compensation for length of service, notice of termination or severance pay.
No Additional Payments. In no event shall the Company be required to award Covered Employees an additional payment if the restated or accurate financial results would have resulted in a higher incentive compensation payment.
No Additional Payments. The compensation to the Leasing Agent provided herein includes all costs, taxes, fees and charges, and no additional payments shall be made to the Leasing Agent hereunder in connection with any lease.
No Additional Payments. No additional amounts shall be payable in connection with performance of the Services or in connection with any transaction involving a sale of any of Client’s properties, a sale of Client’s business (whether by merger, sale of assets or other transaction) or a transaction that results in Client no longer being a public company.
No Additional Payments. There is no obligation on the part of Indymac or any other party to make payments in addition to those made by the Mortgagor;
