Party - is meant as the KHA or any Participating Hospital whose signatory has signed this Compact (also collectively referred to as Parties). Preparedness Branch - refers to the Public Health Preparedness Branch of the Kentucky Department for Public Health; an agency of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
