NIMS means National Incident Management System.

• Safeguarding Concerns In addition to the obligations for reporting Incidents as set out in this Arrangement, issues, concerns or allegations of abuse that are Incidents (including Serious Incidents) should be notified by the Provider in accordance with the Codes of Practice and recorded by the Provider on NIMS.

NIMS shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.17.
