NIM definition

NIM means a net interest margin.
NIM has the meaning given such term in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Each of NIM and Acceleratio may require the Company to file any Demand Registration with the SEC in accordance with and pursuant to Rule 415 under the Securities Act (or any successor rule then in effect) (a “Shelf Registration”).
