NHS Improvement definition

NHS Improvement means the corporate body known as NHS Improvement as provided by section 61 of the 2012 Act;
NHS Improvement means the body corporate previously known as Monitor as provided by section 61 of the 2012 Act;

  • The Trust shall give information as to its forward planning in respect of each financial year to NHS Improvement.

  • The Trust shall prepare an Annual Report and send it to NHS Improvement.
