NHMRC definition

NHMRC means the Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by and acting through the National Health and Medical Research Council established by section 5B of the Act; "NHMRC Approved Standards and Guidelines" are those listed as such on the NHMRC website and include, but are not limited to, the:
NHMRC means the National Health and Medical Research Council of the Commonwealth of Australia. Personal Information has the same meaning as in the Privacy Xxx 0000 (Cth). Personnel means employees, agents and/or authorized representatives, and includes, in the case of the Institution, the Principal Investigator. Principal Investigator is the person responsible for the conduct of the Study at the Study Site as described in Schedule 1.

Overseas Non- Financial CI a Collaborating Institution that: 1 is not incorporated or established in Australia; 2 will perform its part of the Project solely in a country other than Australia; and 3 will not receive any part of the Grant. Personal Information means information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion. Premises any premises owned or occupied by the Administering Institution, or over which the Administering Institution has control or right of access, in which the Project is being conducted or material related to the Project is being stored.
