NHL Entities definition
NHL Entities means the NHL, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises, Inc., National Hockey League Enterprises Canada, Inc., NHL Enterprises B.V., Intra-Continental Ensurers, Limited, NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, NHL Network US, L.P., NHL Network US, Inc., NHL WCH 16, LP, NHL WCH 16, Inc., NHL WCH 16 Canada Holdco, Inc., NHL WCH 16 US, LP, NHL WCH 16 US GP, LLC, NHL WCH 16 US Holdco, LLC, NHL China Holdings, LLC, any entity that may be formed by the NHL member clubs generally after the date of this Agreement (but excluding the NHL member clubs), and each of their respective subsidiaries and other present or future affiliates.
NHL Entities means NHLE, NHLE Canada, NHL ICE, NHLB, any successor or Affiliate of any of the foregoing entities, any other Person in which a majority of the Members directly or indirectly hold Equity Interests and/or any of their respective present or future successors or assigns.
NHL Entities means the National Hockey League, NHL Board of Governors, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises, Inc., National Hockey League Enterprises Canada, Inc., NHL Enterprises B.V., Intra-Continental Ensurers, Limited, NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, NHL Network US, L.P., NHL Network US, Inc., NHL WCH 16, LP, NHL WCH 16, Inc., NHL WCH 16 Canada Holdco, Inc., NHL WCH 16 US, LP, NHL WCH 16 US GP, LLC, NHL WCH 16 US Holdco, LLC, any entity that may be formed by the Member Clubs of the NHL generally after the date of this Agreement, and each of their respective subsidiaries and other such past, present or future affiliates (all of the foregoing entities, including the NHL but excluding the Member Clubs of the NHL, are the "NHL Entities").
Examples of NHL Entities in a sentence
No Affiliated NHL Party other than the NHL or other NHL Entities shall be entitled to indemnification under clause (ii)(B) or (iii)(B) above unless the Commissioner determines that such indemnification is appropriate in the Commissioner’s sole discretion.
The Security Interest is and shall be prior to any other Lien on any of the Article 9 Collateral, other than Liens expressly permitted to be prior to the Security Interest pursuant to Section 5.09 of the Credit Agreement (including the rights of the NHL Entities set forth in the NHL Consent Letter and the NHL Constitution).
The NHL Entities and Member Clubs may rely upon as binding upon the Club and the other Transaction Parties any action of the Club's Governor with respect to any communication, agreement, understanding, action, consent or other transaction with or concerning the NHL Entities, the Member Clubs or their respective affiliates.
All of the entities described in (A) - (E) above are referred to collectively as the "NHL ENTITIES" and all of the above described shares and interests in the NHL Entities are referred to collectively as the "NHL INTERESTS".
In addition to the indemnity provided in Article 8 of the attached General Terms and Conditions, the Advertiser covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend, release and save harmless OEG, the NHL Entities, the NHL member clubs and each of their respective current and future affiliates and related entities, the National Hockey League Players’ Association, Hockey Ventures (Canada) Inc.

NHL Entities has the meaning set forth in SECTION 4.1(G)(I)."NHL FRANCHISE" means a franchise from the NHL for the operation of a hockey club in Broward County, Florida, known as the Florida Panthers Hockey Club.

(q) “Person” means any individual person, entity (including partnerships, corporations, unincorporated associations and limited liability companies), and any government or political subdivision thereof (including agencies, bureaus, offices and departments thereof). (r) “Personal Information” means personally identifiable information including, without limitation, a person’s name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, social security number or other government-issued identifier, credit card information and Internet Protocol addresses, in any media or format including computerized or electronic records as well as paper-based files, collected, processed, stored or used by NeuLion on behalf of NHL from Users or other third parties. (s) “Professional Content” means all photographs, audio, video, information, and other content generated (1) by NeuLion pursuant to this Agreement, or (2) by or on behalf of NHL or any of its Affiliates and distributed through the Services. (t) A “Relocation” means provision of any of the Services from, or transfer any Content to, any location outside of the United States of America or Canada without NHL’s prior written consent, except that provision of Content in response to an authorized User’s request via a Service provided to the public via the Internet shall not be deemed a Relocation.
