NGS definition

NGS means whichever of the Board or NGS Trading is described on the Purchase Order in question as the contracting party; “Personal Data” has the meaning given in the Data Protection Laws; “Premises” means the location where the Services are to be performed, as specified in the Purchase Order; “Processing” has the meaning given in the Data Protection Laws and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly; “Purchase Order” means the document setting out the Purchaser’s requirements for the Contract; “Purchaser” means whichever of the Board or NGS Trading is described on the Purchase Order in question as the contracting party; ‘Services’ means the services to be provided as specified in the Purchase Order and shall, where the context so admits, include any materials, articles and goods to be supplied thereunder; ‘Supervisory Authority’ has the meaning given in the Data Protection Laws; and “Supplier” means the person, firm or company to whom the Contract is issued.
NGS means Nortel Government Solutions Incorporated, a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware with offices at 00000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx.

Examples of NGS in a sentence

  • The letter shall be mailed by the end of the next business day following the Company’s receipt of notice of the Customer’s NGS selection.

  • After the Company is notified that the Customer desires to select a new NGS, the Company shall send a letter to the Customer seeking verification of the Customer’s intent to select a new NGS.
