NGP means NGP X US Holdings, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and its successors and assigns.

  • If the NGP resolves any dispute by a majority vote of those present and voting, such decision shall be final and binding upon all parties.

NGP means NGP Energy Capital Management, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company (the “NGP Manager”), NGP XI US Holdings, L.P., NGP XII US Holdings, L.P. and NGP Pearl Holdings II, L.L.C., together with the respective parallel investment entities and alternative investment entities of each of the foregoing, and any future investment fund or co-investment fund managed by the NGP Manager or any of its Affiliates, and any Affiliates of one or more of the foregoing; provided that in no event will any portfolio company of any of the foregoing be included in the definition of “NGP”.
NGP means NGP I and NGP II, collectively.
NGP means collectively, Natural Gas Partners, L.P., Natural Gas Partners II, L.P. and Natural Gas Partners III, L.P.
