NGM definition

NGM means the Nasdaq Global Market.
NGM means Nordic Growth Market NGM Aktiebolag, Reg. No. 556556-2138. "Nominal Amount" has the meaning set forth in Clause 2(c).
NGM shall have the meaning given such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
