NGB definition

NGB means a National Governing Body recognized and certified by the corporation as set out in Section 8 of these Bylaws;
NGB means a National Governing Body that is an amateur sports organization recognized by the corporation in accordance with Section 8 of these Bylaws;
NGB means National Governing Body as is recognized by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”);
