New Stock definition

New Stock means Common Stock or securities convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock or which have voting rights or participation features with Common Stock, offered in a public or nonpublic offering by the Company.
New Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
New Stock means, collectively, the New Senior Convertible Preferred Stock, the New Junior Preferred Stock, and the New Common Stock.

New Stock means common stock of the Company or securities convertible into or exchangeable for common stock of the Company offered in a public or nonpublic offering by the Company.
