Examples of New Maturity Date in a sentence

  • If the Holder does not elect to extend the term of any portion of the principal amount of this Note during the specified period prior to any Renewal Date, such portion will become due and payable on the Interest Payment Date occurring in the sixth month (or the last month in the Special Election Interval) after such Renewal Date (the "New Maturity Date").

  • Upon timely delivery of such Extension Termination Notice, the term of the principal amount of this Note subject to such notice will be deemed automatically to mature on the Stated Maturity Date or the then applicable New Maturity Date, as the case may be.
