New Indication definition

New Indication means an indication for the treatment of any disease or condition other than the Existing Indications.
New Indication means, with respect to a particular drug product that is Controlled by BMS or its Affiliates and is in development or has already received Regulatory Approval, any indication that:
New Indication means any indication in the Field, being any disease, condition or syndrome other than CML or Philadelphia chromosome positive ALL. For clarity, new lines of therapy within an already approved indication or for another subset of patients within an already approved indication (e.g., pediatric Ph+ ALL) would not qualify as a New Indication.

  • The Parties shall jointly direct the arbitrators to select which of the two submitted rates it determines to be closest to fair market value for the Salix New Indications License for such Alfa Licensed Product for the specific New Indication.

More Definitions of New Indication

New Indication means, with respect to development conducted on or after the date hereof, any new therapeutic use or application of any Product.
