New Commitments definition
New Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(a).

Examples of New Commitments in a sentence
Following the expiration of the Lenders exclusivity period the Borrower shall be entitled to solicit New Commitments for other Persons that are not existing Lenders that are Eligible Assignees (each, a “New Lender”).
