If the new Revolving Credit Obligations under the new Revolving Facility Documents are secured by assets of the Grantors constituting Collateral that do not also secure the Noteholder Obligations, then the Noteholder Obligations shall be secured at such time by a second priority Lien on such assets to the same extent provided in the Noteholder Documents and this Agreement.

Possessory Collateral includes, without limitation, any Certificated Securities, Instruments, and Chattel Paper, in each case, delivered to or in the possession of the Collateral Agent or any Authorized Representative (or its agent or bailees) under the terms of the Security Documents. New Collateral Agent means Trexs Investments, LLC , in its capacity as collateral agent for itself and the other New CVR Holders, pursuant to the Security Sharing Agreement dated on or about the date hereof between the Company, the New Collateral Agent and the New CVR Holders.
