Network Fees are calculated largely based on a transaction’s size, with such amount set by the Council.
If You terminate this Agreement within sixty (60) days after notice of any increase in the Rates & Fees, other than an increase that passes through to You any increase in interchange, assessments, Card Network Fees or other fees charged by the Card Networks, You will not be charged a Termination Fee.

Following the Commencement Date, Airline will pay to Orbitz for each Supplier Link Ticket issued the Network Fees set forth in the Network Fees Schedule attached hereto as Schedule B; provided that, no Network Fees shall be due or payable for any Ticket booked or issued through Worldspan.
If You submit a transaction to Processor after the effective date of the amendment of the Rates & Fees, You will be deemed to have accepted the amended Rates & Fees, and to consent to the amended Rates & Fees No notice will be provided for changes to Interchange or Card Network Fees that are passed through to you by Processor without markup.
