Network Fees definition

Network Fees means such transaction cost payable, whether denominated in Digital Asset Tokens or otherwise, for the use of or execution of transactions on a network (including but not limited to the Ethereum network);
Network Fees means any membership, transaction or other fees, assessments or charges that at any time are imposed by the Network on Bank as issuer of the Credit Cards.

  • If You submit a transaction to Processor after the effective date of the amendment of the Rates & Fees, You will be deemed to have accepted the amended Rates & Fees, and to consent to the amended Rates & Fees No notice will be provided for changes to Interchange or Card Network Fees that are passed through to you by Processor without markup.
