Network Boundary definition

Network Boundary means the point where responsibility for the Service transfers from us to you as set out below:
Network Boundary means the boundary of Our Network as defined in the Telecommunications Xxx 0000 (Cth).

  • For residential and business customers this is up to the Network Boundary Point (NBP) or Main Distribution Frame (MDF) whichever is relevant of the premises.

Network Boundary means the physical point where responsibility for the Service transfers from us to you. The Network Boundary for the following kinds of services is as set out below unless stated otherwise in the Critical Information Summary or Service Terms:
Network Boundary means the first equipment socket in a private residence or the main distribution frame in a building or a point at which a network facility receives communications from or sends communications to a consumer.
Network Boundary means the boundary of Our Network as defined in the Telecommunications Xxx 0000 (Cth). “Our Equipment” means any equipment that We or our suppliers provide to You as part of a Service but excluding Purchased Equipment.

Outage Period means the period commencing when a Total Service Outage or Partial Service Outage (as the case may be) begins and ending when End Users affected by the service disruption are able to reconnect End User sessions.
