Net square footage definition

Net square footage means the clear floor space of an area excluding cabinetry and other fixed furniture or equipment;
Net square footage means square footage within a room or area of a building, measured by the inside wall-to-wall dimensions.
Net square footage means Commercial, Industrial, or Retail Indoor Space in excess of five thousand (5000) square feet.

Net square footage means the total number of square feet within the inside finished wall surface of the outer walls of a structure, excluding parking areas.
