Net Settlement Proceeds definition

Net Settlement Proceeds means the EIX Settlement Proceeds less Cash in an amount equal to the amount of Cash in the EIX Escrow Account (as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with the EIX Settlement Agreement).
Net Settlement Proceeds means the Maximum Settlement Amount less the Fee and Expense Award, the Service Payments, the PAGA Payment and Administration Costs, as approved and awarded by the Court.
Net Settlement Proceeds means the remaining balance of the Settlement 24 Proceeds, including all interest earned thereon, following payment of any Fee and Expense 25 Award as allowed by the Court.

More Definitions of Net Settlement Proceeds

Net Settlement Proceeds means the Settlement Amount less Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Disbursements and Administration Expenses;
Net Settlement Proceeds means the gross sales price of the Lot less customary and usual settlement charges and real estate commissions approved by the Beneficiary, without payment of any sums to the Grantor or any affiliated person or entity of the Grantor;
