Net Fees definition

Net Fees means the Tuition Fees actually received by the Program Administrator less any applicable taxes, duties, discounts, refunds or credits, provided that any discounts or credits are in accordance with the Program Administrator's standard policies.
Net Fees shall be defined to mean the gross revenues received by Multex for the Research, less any discounts, allowances, adjustments, distribution of pass through fees, taxes or other charges paid or incurred by Multex in connection with the sale of the Research.
Net Fees means the gross revenues received by Multex for Embargoed Research, less any discounts, allowances adjustments, distribution or pass through fees, taxes or other charges paid or incurred by Multex in connection with the Embargoed Research.

More Definitions of Net Fees

Net Fees means the net amount after deducting from the amount of Gross Fees:
Net Fees means for any given year, the amount of the Base Fee for that year pursuant to Section 4. 1 (a) hereof less (i) the amount of $325,000 increased at the rate of 3% per year compounded annually beginning in 1999, and (ii) the amount of any and all damages suffered or incurred, or reasonably expected to be suffered or incurred, by the Company (and not theretofore paid to the Company) that are proximately caused by (a) the acts and/or omissions of the Manager or either Employee, and/or (b) the loss to the Company of the Manager’s and the Employees’ services due to the termination of this Agreement.
Net Fees means, (x) in the case of an M&A advisory engagement or a private placement, the gross fee, less finders fees (other than those payable to Yankee) and unreimbursed expenses, and (y) in the case of a public offering, the gross revenue from selling concessions, management fees and underwriting fees, less finders fees (other than those payable to Yankee) and net of all deal related expenses, including, without limitation, stabilization losses.
Net Fees means the dollar amount, which remains after deducting from the Gross Fees, all charges and fees paid to arms-length third party agents and to providers of technical procedures or enhancements (“Third Party Fees”). These third party fees may include, by way of example only, security features, audio encoding, compression/decompression technologies, watermarking, tracking technologies, and digital rights management technologies, and any taxes, duties, fees, public charges, or withholdings imposed on the Gross Fees payable under such legislation as required by any duly appointed collective, society or governmental agency. Net Fees means license fees received by Oracle or any Subsidiary from its Sublicensees and from its istributors net of any return adjustments, third party commissions, shipping costs, or sales, use or other taxes paid. In the event that Oracle or its Distributors sublicense the Versatility Technology with other Oracle products or services for a single price, Net Fees from such Sublicense shall equal the total Net Fees from the Sublicense multiplied by a fraction A/(A+B), where A equals the list price of the Versatility Technology sublicensed separately and B equals the list price of the other products or services. If the Versatility Technology is (i) licensed in a site license or package deal and fees for the Versatility Technology are not distinguishable from fees for other Oracle products that are part of the site license or package deal or (ii) bundled with or incorporated into another Oracle product such that the Versatility Technology does not have a separate list price, the Net Fees for the Versatility Technology shall be based on the fee allocation agreed to by Oracle and the Sublicensee for the products specified in the site license or package deal or on the fee allocation made by Oracle's internal procedures, provided such allocation reasonably reflects the relative value of the Versatility Technology to the other Oracle products. Oracle and its Distributors are free to determine unilaterally the pricing of Versatility Technology Sublicenses to their Sublicensees and Distributors. No Sublicense Fee or other charge shall be payable by Oracle for any use of the Versatility Technology (i) for Oracle's internal use; (ii) for development, technical support or maintenance activities; (iii) for marketing, updates, trial Sublicenses, porting, documentation, demonstrations, training, educational uses, or any other products or services; or (iv) as back-up copies. The foregoing rights and licenses shall be deemed to be paid-up.
Net Fees for a particular month shall mean the aggregate fees payable under the Service Agreements, excluding any out-of-pocket expenses or miscellaneous service fees, such as ad hoc reports) with respect to such month's services. Furthermore, if Similar or Different Deficiencies occur in three months of any rolling four month period, then the Trust shall be entitled to a 2.5% reduction in the Net Fees payable to BISYS for the following month. Net Fees are hereby defined as the actual amounts received by the Investment Manager as compensation pursuant to paragraph 7 of the Management Agreement less reimbursements, if any, pursuant to the guaranty set forth in paragraph 9 of the Management Agreement and waivers of such compensation by the Investment Manager. The amount of the percentage and the timing of the payment shall be determined by the schedule and accompanying definitions set forth in Appendix A hereto.
