Net-electric output definition
Net-electric output means the amount of gross generation in MWh the generators produce, including output from steam turbines, combustion turbines, and gas expanders, as measured at the generator terminals, less the electricity used to operate the plant (i.e., auxiliary loads); such uses include fuel handling equipment, pumps, fans, pollution control equipment, other electricity needs, and transformer losses as measured at the transmission side of the step up transformer (e.g., the point of sale).
Net-electric output means the amount of gross generation the generator(s) produce (including, but not limited to, output from steam turbine(s), combustion turbine(s), and gas expander(s)), as measured at the generator terminals, less the electricity used to operate the plant (i.e., auxiliary loads); such uses include fuel handling equipment, pumps, fans, pollution control equipment, other electricity needs, and transformer losses as measured at the transmission side of the step up transformer (e.g., the point of sale).
Net-electric output means the Energy production generated by NMP-2 less (a) the Energy used to operate NMP-2, but excluding Off-site Power Service used to operate NMP-2 as defined in the NMP-2 ICA, and (b) the Energy used in the transformation and transmission of electric power to the Delivery Point, provided that for purposes of this Agreement, such Net Electric Output shall not be less than zero.

Net-electric output means the total output of electric energy of each Unit identified in Schedule A, net of the auxiliary electric load of the applicable Facility, including transformer and other losses.
Net-electric output means the amount of gross generation the generator(s) produce, as measured at the generator terminals, less the electricity used to operate the plant (i.e., auxiliary loads), including but not limited to the following:
Net-electric output means the total electric output of the FACILITY in excess of (a) the output SELLER uses to operate the FACILITY, (b) the output Philadelphia Thermal Energy Corporation uses to operate the steam generating equipment and related facilities located on land at Schuylkill Station that it leases from PECO ENERGY under a lease dated January 30, 1987; provided that PECO ENERGY shall not provide facilities or service to transport or deliver power from the FACILITY to that steam generating equipment and related facilities, and (c) the output SELLER uses in the transformation and transmission of electric output to the INTERCONNECTION POINT.
Net-electric output means, with respect to each of the Facilities, the total amount of electricity generated by the Facility less kilowatthours consumed for the Facility’s use.
Net-electric output means, for units generating electricity, the net busbar power leaving the plant; that is, the total electrical output generated minus the energy requirements for auxiliaries and emission controls.
Net-electric output means the Facility’s electrical generating output (measured in KWHs by Buckeye-owned Metering Facilities) in excess of the requirements of the Operator’s electric consuming facilities located on the Premises.
