Net Bookings definition
Net Bookings means the amount of advertising orders, less ordinary and/or customary discounts, received on or before Closing by the Target, as defined, to be published in university and college membership directories during 1997 without excluding any down payments made by advertisers.
Net Bookings means the incremental amount of Annualized Cumulative Bookings added during the year.
Net Bookings means, (a) the annual contract value (ACV) of Total New Bookings signed during the Performance Period, minus (b) the ACV of total Churn confirmed during the Performance Period. Net Bookings are all Bookings in a month less cancellations in such month. Passive and waitlisted bookings are not counted as Net Bookings.
