Net Bookings definition

Net Bookings means, (a) the annual contract value (ACV) of Total New Bookings signed during the Performance Period, minus (b) the ACV of total Churn confirmed during the Performance Period. Total New Bookings includes the aggregate of recurring, non-recurring, technology services, and professional services bookings.
Net Bookings means the amount of advertising orders, less ordinary and/or customary discounts, received on or before Closing by the Target, as defined, to be published in university and college membership directories during 1997 without excluding any down payments made by advertisers.
Net Bookings means the incremental amount of Annualized Cumulative Bookings added during the year.

Net Bookings are all Bookings in a month less cancellations in such month. Passive and waitlisted bookings are not counted as Net Bookings.
Net Bookings shall have the meaning given in Section 3.1.
Net Bookings means product, first-year maintenance and support (but for the avoidance of doubt, not maintenance and support for follow-on years), professional service and other service bookings, net of shipping costs, cancellations, refunds, returns, discounts, distributor fees, sales tax and third party royalties.
