Net Available Fair Fund definition
Net Available Fair Fund means the Fair Fund, plus any interest or earnings, less Administrative Costs.
Net Available Fair Fund means the Fair Fund, less fees and costs of administering the Fair Fund and implementing the Distribution Plan, any amounts expended for tax obligations and United States Treasury’s Bureau of Fiscal Services (“BFS”) fees expended in accordance with this Distribution Plan.

Net Available Fair Fund means the Fair Fund, plus accumulated interest and earnings thereon, less all Administrative Costs of administering the Fair Fund and implementing the Distribution Plan.
