Net Area definition

Net Area means the gross area of land less the area of lands conveyed or to be conveyed into public ownership for the purpose of open space, parks, woodlots, storm water management facilities, buffers and road widenings along Regional Roads, and Ontario Hydro utility corridors, and less the area of any wood lots in private ownership if zoned as such, but shall include the area of all road allowances dedicated to the City;
Net Area means sum of the carpet area of the Unit and EBVT area. “Garage” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

Net Area means the aggregate of the Carpet Area and the EBVT area.
Net Area means the total land area of a parcel or parcels exclusive of area within any existing or proposed public or private street, road, or easement for ingress and egress and exclusive of the area within any existing or proposed easement wherein the owner of the parcel is prohibited from using the surface of the ground. Included in the "net area" is the area laying within public utility easements, sanitary sewer easements, landscaping easements, and public service and tree maintenance easements.
