Net Acreage definition

Net Acreage means the remaining ground area of a parcel after deleting all portions for proposed and existing public rights-of-way and undeveloped area.
Net Acreage means the gross acreage of the Property, excluding any and all public rights-of-way, the natural storm drainage channel on the west half of the Property, permanent detention basins, any formally delineated wetlands, and any and all utility easements if not otherwise developed with structures or parking (i.e., a portion of the 150-foot wide PG&E electrical line easement and the 50-foot wide PG&E gas/oil pipeline easement), which acreage is estimated by the Parties to be approximately 1,042 acres.
Net Acreage means the gross area of the portion of the Property being referred to, including all internal easements and rights-of-way but excluding any and all perimeter easements and dedicated rights-of-way. Net Acreage shall be determined by a survey prepared by a surveyor licensed in the state in which the Property exists. Within ninety (90) days of the Operations Date, Grantee shall have a licensed surveyor complete a survey of the Property and calculate the total acreage of such Property as of such date.

  • Thereafter, Developer Party must enter into additional Ground Leases for an additional minimum Net Acreage of (I) ten (10) acres per year, or (II) the remainder of the Leasable Master Ground Lease Area within six (6) years of the Second Takedown Threshold.


More Definitions of Net Acreage

Net Acreage means all land except dedicated road rights-of-ways, lakes, and ponds over one-fourth acre in size, areas over one-fourth acre in size determined by the water and power department to be incapable of sustaining irrigated vegetation because of geologic or topographic constraints, or areas that will not be irrigated, such as conservation easements or detention ponds planted to dryland types of vegetation, and areas legally served by domestic water sources other than the city’s or areas irrigated with non-potable water as provided in Ttitle 19.
Net Acreage means the acreage of an Assessor’s Parcel as shown on the Final Subdivision Map excluding right-of-way for streets, roads, and other public purposes. Net Acreage includes acreage subject to a public utility easement.
