NEM definition

NEM means the National Electricity Market administered by AEMO in accordance with the NER.
NEM means Neo Material Technologies Inc., the predecessor entity to Neo, which was acquired by Molycorp in the Molycorp Acquisition;
NEM means NASCAR Event Management, Inc. which has been authorized by the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. (“NASCAR”) to grant certain NASCAR-owned and/or NASCAR-controlled rights to PROMOTER and perform certain obligations that are specified in this Agreement.

  • You agree that you will continue to take NEM Service for as long as this Agreement is in effect.

More Definitions of NEM

NEM means a Utility tariff or rule under which customers with qualifying renewable energy projects may “bank” the value of renewable energy produced in periods when such production exceeds the customer’s usage during that period and allows the customer to benefit from such “banked” value during periods when the renewable energy production is less than the customer’s usage.
NEM means the National Electricity Market as defined in the Rules. New Technology means any and all technology however embodied, including without limitation processes, formulae, reports, documents, notes, drafts, drawings, specifications, software, blue- prints, know-how, research data, discoveries, inventions, secrets, designs or improvements in procedures and where the context so requires, apparatus and equipment utilising same.
