Negative Test Result definition

Negative Test Result in drug testing means a result, reviewed by an MRO and determined to have no evidence of prohibited drug use. "Negative Test Result" in alcohol testing means a confirmation test result of less than 0.02.
Negative Test Result means a report from the Medical Review Officer that an individual who provided a specimen for Drug or Alcohol testing did not have a Drug or Alcohol concentration equal to or in excess of the limits set out in this Policy.
