NDS definition

NDS means a new drug submission, as the same relates to such submissions to Health Canada.
NDS means a New Drug Submission or a Supplemental New Drug Submission, as defined by regulations promulgated by Health Canada, or any other application for Regulatory Approval in the Territory that is the equivalent of a BLA.
