NCLT means the National Company Law Tribunal having jurisdiction over the Demerged Company and Resulting Company as the case may be, as constituted and authorized as per the provisions of the Act for approving any scheme of arrangement, compromise or reconstruction of companies under Sections 230 to 232 of the Act and shall include, if applicable, such other forum or authority as may be vested with the powers of a tribunal for the purposes of Sections 230 to 232 of the Act as may be applicable;
NCLT means the Mumbai Bench of National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal or any other competent authority as constituted and authorized as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 for approving any scheme of arrangement, compromise or reconstruction of companies under Section 230 – 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013;
NCLT means, the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench having jurisdiction in relation to the Demerged Company and the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench having jurisdiction in relation to the Resulting Company, or such other forum or authority as may be vested with any of the powers for approving any scheme of arrangement, compromise or reconstruction of a company under Sections 230 to 232 of the Act of the above mentioned tribunal under the Act.
