NCLC Group definition

NCLC Group means the Parent and its Subsidiaries.

NCLC Group shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.4.

NCLC Group shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 11.4 of the Guarantee.

• The Parent shall and the Parent shall procure that any member of the NCLC Group shall promptly notify the Facility Agent and Hermes of any failure by it to comply with any due and owing obligations under a Covered Construction Contract.

More Definitions of NCLC Group

NCLC Group means the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries;

NCLC Group means, for the purposes of this Clause 11, the Guarantor, its Subsidiaries and any other entity which is required to be consolidated in the Guarantor’s accounts in accordance with GAAP;

NCLC Group refers to the Company, the Guarantor and all of the Guarantor’s other direct and indirect subsidiaries.
