NBCA definition

NBCA means the North Carolina Business Corporation Act.
NBCA has the meaning set forth in the first recital of this Agreement.

  • All Artists beginning with the fifth (5th) Season of seniority with the company shall be engaged on an annual NBCA engagement contract of fifty-two (52) weeks duration.
