Students are responsible for the payment of library and/or parking fines, Nautilus Card (UWF ID card) fees, and parking decals.
For purposes of this Section 7.4.3, gross fair market value means the value of the assets of Nautilus, or the value of the assets being disposed of, determined without regard to any liabilities associated with such assets.
